    TY...I had been there. However, when previously there, i was confused by the View Offer button. I did not notice that above that, I could download and update 3.0 for free.

    So the matter is closed...

    Hello,

    Is the upgrade/upgrade from version 3 to 3.1 free. If so, I could not see how to update/upgrade.
