I will reboot it and get you the log.

Re: Raspberry Asset 6.3 Scan all

    Hi Spoon

I have Asset installed in this directory:

    /home/pi/Asset-R6.6-Linux-ARM32-registered/bin

I have it pointing to this that points to my external library

    /home/pi/DLNA
  9. Raspberry 6.6 Storing Data and Autoscan after reboot

I am running a Raspberry PI, and after a reboot the library catalogue is gone and it does not auto rescan.
Should it keep the library catalogue? How do I set it up to rescan after a reboot?

Re: Help setting up AssetUPnP on Raspberrypi

I may have something similar happening. I got it to work by using the rescan detecting changes options.
If I use rescan all, no media gets detected.

Let me know if this works for you.

    Raspberry Asset 6.3 Scan all

    Hi

    Feature Request

    Hello Spoon

Is there any chance you will be adding a generic search option for quickly getting to tunes?
  17. Re: Raspberry Asset 6.2 - Elton John Index

Spoon you were correct! Thanks. I could not see anything wrong until I went into the edit custom sort values. Sure enough it was set to John,Elton

    Thanks so much.

I play it directly from the Musiccast App or the Yamaha AV controller app. Works great and is quick for browsing tunes before playing them.

  22. Re: Raspberry fstab setting for mounting drive

    Hey Arron

I think the fix for all of us is to add the ver-3.0 after the mount command. So for you it will be

    @reboot sudo mount -t nfs 192.168.1.152:/nfs/Music /home/pi/nas, ,vers=3.0

    This...

  24. Re: Raspberry fstab setting for mounting drive

Simon- thanks.. I have spent hours trying to figure this out. I will just wait until a release is made available. It is a bit of a hassle but at least it works once it is mounted.
  25. Re: Raspberry fstab setting for mounting drive

I can mount it and use it fully works. when I manually put in this command in terminal.

    sudo mount -t cifs -o guest //192.168.2.210/n4f-01/Media/MEDIA /home/pi/DLNA
