Have you set the logging to 'full logging' in the CD Ripper options (CD Ripper Options > Secure ripping > bottom of that screen should be a setting for logging level (from what I recall from memory)....

Right click on files and select "properties" and you'll easily see the bit rate, bit depth, and other useful info.

As @spoon notes it is important to compare *audio* CRCs. You are likely comparing total file CRCs, and these can differ because of the metadata (non-audio) information in each file.

No, you're confusing "compressed" from a lossy point of view (mp3 and m4a) to file size compression in a LOSSLESS file (like FLAC). All FLAC files are LOSSLESS, bitperfect copies of the CD....
