Thanks. This seems to have worked. Registry exporting and importing is not a common event for me.

    Re: Batch Conversion Slow

Thanks. I'd seen that thread, but wasn't sure if it applied here.

At any rate, I changed to writing to a different drive and holy crap, what an improvement.

    Batch Conversion Slow

    I'm running a batch conversion, 577 24/96 Flac -> 16/44.1 Flac.

These are being created as new files on a different directory on the same local drive.

This is running about 1.8x and reporting 1...

Re: Flac 24 bit to 16 bit

Do you have a recommendation for "Dither"?

It looks like to go from 24/96k to 16/44.1k I'll need both the "BitDepth" and "Resample" DSPs.

Does it matter which order the DSPs are listed in the...

Flac 24 bit to 16 bit

I've got some 24 Bit flac files that I would like to flip to 16 bit.

Can I do this with Batch Converter? When I set up a flac to flac conversion there is no option to set the bitrate.

    Is it...

    Re: Nimbie Non-responsive

Yes, that did it. I re-installed "dBpoweramp-Batch-Ripper-Nimbie" and it is functioning now. Perhaps I had accidentally overwritten it when moving setting files.

    Thanks, Pete

    Re: Replay Gain feature request

I'll have to look into foobar2000. I thought it was just a player. I just backed the mobile version.

It would be nice to do this with the Illustrate tools (mainly Batch Convert) that I use now....

Is -18 more (louder playback?) or less gain than -23 (quieter playback?)?
