Asset gets the data location (app's home folder) from Synology operating system.
There doesn't seem to be a legitimate option to move it between volumes, at least it is not showing up on my own NAS....

Have you tried doing full reboot of the NAS? Perhaps some bug in the old version caused it not to die when uninstalling, and now it's blocking the new version from presenting its web interface.
