So I read some magazine that bitrates below 786, or what it was is considered lossy. I have ripped new cds to FLAC and some tracks are at bitrates 200-500. How come, something wrong or is it just...

Re: Problem with sync from iTunes to iPod

I had a similar problem untill I discovered that my iPod would only take cd-resolution. So I converted from FLAC to Apple Lossless (with DSP effect (?) set to 44.100 kHz and 16 Bits).

    Re: Volume levelling

    Thanks, Great answers!!

This time I did 5-6.000 tracks, approx 500 albums, perhaps 160 GB. It took 6 hours plus the time you suggest is required for writing tags.

Next time I plan to start...

    Volume levelling

The difference in volume levels between diffrerend cd-rippings is a bit disturbing, especially when moving between modern and classical. Large library of FLAC music, from up to 24/196, so I am...
  15. Re: Arrange Audio - seem to not pick Album Artist

Anyway, it was easy to run a bactchjob to update all tags. Now the great Arrange Audio is running!
  16. Re: Arrange Audio - seem to not pick Album Artist

Nah, sorry to bother you. It seems Media Monkey do not necessarily update the Files Tags physically, just because I update the content in the 'monkey'.
  17. Re: Arrange Audio - seem to not pick Album Artist

    Sorry...You found something :-)
  18. Re: Arrange Audio - seem to not pick Album Artist

    Now I found something.

When listing tracks to be converted in dbpoweramp, i display also taginfo, where the Album Artist field is empty.

When listing the file in mediamonky the file contains...
  19. Re: Arrange Audio - seem to not pick Album Artist

and I want it to look like

  25. Re: Collection cd's - file structure nightmare?

This looks fantastic, in the sence that there seems to be a way forward. Could you send a ref to a document/manual - where I can understand how to execute these wonderful codes?

    Many thanks
