Maybe I am not reading correctly. I noticed it is called ACE Lite implying that a non-Lite version exists. Is ACE Lite $120 per core or is that the price of the non-Lite version?
Well you should not do a long conversion on a laptop on battery power so I think having the program not allow the machine to sleep is very appropriate. And that API is designed with applications...
Any chance of adding support for that? So that I do not have to disable sleep if I want to do a long convert.
I am running R14 on a Windows 7 x64 machine. One thing I noticed when I tried to do a long batch conversion using the Music Converter was that it did NOT prevent Windows from entering sleep. This...
I do have some C*blooper* and C++ experience, so I will give that a shot too.
What is up with the blooper on the hash symbol? What is it protecting?
Bummer figure as much, maybe future version can have some regex matching :)
I can probably write up a perl script to clean up the tags just wanted to check if it was possible to use dbpoweramp...
So I just noticed that some media app decided to mess with my collections tag data. I forgot to back it up before hand.
So basically the app did something odd to the Album Artist tag.
It...
MusicBrainz has stopped working for me to. Not using a proxy server.
Do you think SQL Lite will be able to handle large music collections ok? Say over 30K tracks.
I know other apps have used SQL Lite and had issues with large collections. Course the DB is just...
Since you mentioned in the other thread about the Nakamichi 5disc changers, would it be possible to use this to make a few of the Nakamichi drives work with the batch ripper?
First test I would recommend is to take one of the FLAC files and decompress it to WAV. Then play the wav file, if you do not hear the pops and clicks this would eliminate a problem with the FLAC...
I have done this with no issue on my macbook pro running leopard. With Leopard you no longer need to burn a CD for the windows drivers. The driver install is on the Leopard CD. Pretty simple to do...
Is this true even if you pad the metadata with 4K? I thought the idea behind padding is to prevent having to rewrite the whole file if you add metadata. Course album art being so large could cause...

I have a squeezebox.
When playing slimserver back to either the softsqueeze or hardware squeezebox v3 or later it will not transcode unless you tell it to.
The original squeezebox could not...
Exactly my plan :D
Thanks, that sounds good. I may buy that second AMG license being only $5. However that 3 month deal is a bit annoying, but as one already posted at most it would cost you $20 a year.
Ok I just want clarification on this. I just purchased dMC Ref. with 1 year of AMG. this week. I have been having various driver issues on my machine and was planning on doing a rebuild of the...
interesting, I rebooted the machine and the problem went away.
I recently started getting this same error message. I can hit cancel or continue and dMC starts up and runs fine otherwise.
Running XP SP2
Thank you so much for the quick response.
I must say I have just recently purchased the ref. version of DMC after using the trial period. Very impressed with you product and support! I used EAC...
Ok a slightly different but related question. The media manager that I am using currently has a "bug" in that it does not support multiple tags of the same name in vorbis comments. It only reads in...
Sweet that seems to work. Thanks
You know I did not think of the ID Tag DSP, will try that now. Thank you
