DBPoweramp is consistently filling my metadata using "CD-Text" as the source. I get such useful info as "CD Track 01" "CD Track 02" etc in all my title fields when in fact it could have chosen to...
Thank you so much! That has fixed it.
Don't understand the question. Composer is there.
I'm having some problems with the file naming algorithm. All of the ripped track files have two underscores at the end of the file name. I can't see why this is the case. Here's the naming formula...
How do you make submissions to freedb in beta 7? I can't find that option anymore.
Have you figured out what's going on here? It just happened for a third time.
It just happened again - the second time today. Let me know if you need another crash dump file.
This happened a lot with the original beta 17 and it just happened again with beta 7. I click "ok and eject CD" after ripping a disc and the program crashes. I've attached the crash dump.
Sorry, that is totally wrong information. Some CDs do have metadata on the CD, and that's the exactly the situation for the CDs I had the problem with.

I reinstalled R16 and again got no meta data, however, by manually telling DBPoweramp to retrieve data from CD-text I got my meta data back. So then I saw that the CD-text meta data source was...
I pressed the metadata button and retrieved the data fresh. It pulled up the same meta data directly from the CD.
Do I need to do something different in R16 to get the meta data off the CD...
I uninstalled R16 and went back to R15. AMG is unchecked and it still pulled up meta data for these CDs that R16 would not. However, it appears to be getting the data from the CD itself as none of...
From my experience, R15 had been unable to retrieve info from AMG for months. In fact I unchecked AMG because it was causing the metadata to take ages to retrieve since it no longer had access to...
This is an original jacket collection, which means each CD matches the contents of a corresponding LP release from the 1950s. So in this case, every CD is a brand new creation for this set. There...
I'm ripping a 9 CD box set from Sony called "Ania Dorfmann: Complete RCA Album Collection." Meta data came up fine for the first four CDs, but then discs 5-8 come up blank. Then CD 9 again has...
Sometimes DBPoweramp gets the wrong technical specs for my DVD drive. Most of the time I can rip fine at full speed, but sometimes no matter what I do I'm limited to a slow speed like 8x. When I go...
Can you tell us when the next bug fix update will be coming? Having to manually rename the directory of every CD I rip is incredibly annoying.
I'm using the semicolon in the Album field and I'm ripping ordinary CDs into flac format. The problem affects the directory path and filename. Instead of a folder named ARCHIPHON 119-20; 78s and...
I'm having an issue with naming that did not give me a problem in the past. I'm using the album field to set my folder name. When I include a semicolon as part of the folder name then everything...
When entering comments I wish there was a way to move to the next track comment field by pressing a key. For the other fields when one hits "enter" it goes to the next track so one can easily fill...
In the past, when DBP needed to rerip frames I would see the exact frame and the results of each read attempt in the information log. Now all I see is how many frames needed reripping without any...
Thanks. Worked perfectly.
Can I extract the cover artwork from a flac file? One of my own beautifully scanned Folder.jpg files got overwritten by a crappy internet cover scan when I was scanning CD-2 of a set. I'd like to...
What happens if you rip a CD you ripped before the problem started that you know is in accurate rip?
