Hi,

Hi,
I am trying to work out just how the DSP strings are generated, specifically the HEX string for a VST plugin.
Through the GUI of Music Converter, a chain of DSPs can be setup, including...
It's definitely not ffmpeg (in this case). With using ffmpeg infile > apply fixed volume > outfile, I get exactly what I started with.
More testing has revealed that, yes, if using this...

I've implemented "Volume Normalise" DSP and it is seemingly working perfectly. I think I must have missed a space in the syntax,...
Thanks for the reply.
Source files are a mixture of formats, one/two channels, sample rates and bit depth (where applicable). Generally speaking they will mostly be Lame encoded CBR MP3 44100Hz....
Hi all,
Firstly, I apologise if this is in the wrong section of the forum. I couldn't find one specific to the command line coreconverter.exe.

It seems to run via CLI, but doesn't write the tags to the file for...
For the mean time I'll use the ReplayGain codec utility to just apply ReplayGain tags. Then use a second run of CoreConverter.exe with the ReplayGain (Apply) DSP to actually adjust the gain.

Ah, a snag in that plan Spoon.
[Bit depth 32fp] > [Volume Normalize Fixed -12dB] > [Volume Normalize EBU-R128] > [VST Limiter]
Same error comes up from the EBU-R128 scan. I have a file that is...
Thanks for the quick reply!
Ah, I see where you are going. I would normally have some concern over performing addition gain adjustment steps (as each adds quantisation error), but at 32bit fp...
Hi,
This is my final hurdle in a long going project.
I am trying to build a loudness leveling process that destructively adjusts the gain on a number of files.
The basic chain consists of:...
