In order to get it to work, I had to uninstall dBpowerAMP and then reinstall it. It's definitely working though. I just converted 88 mp3's to wave. Wooo-Hooo!

Great! I found it..... Start >> Programs >> Accessories >> Sound Recorder
But that doesn't give me the mpeg layer 3 option either. Can it be added somehow? I just want to compress my wave files...
