Thinking about it, in the interest in keeping the digital copy as a completely accurate representation of the original disk, I may as well rip these to FLAC... There's only 5 or 6 of them anyway.

Hi - now ripped all my CD collection, DBPoweramp made it a breeze!
All I have left are a few CD's picked up from Gigs etc of small bands who have burned their own music to disk. While I'm sure...
I have a few copy protected CDs, real pain in the arse. Why the music industry decides to penalise the people who actually BUY their CDs I will never know. Bunch of dinosaurs...
Anyway - the only...
I'd highly recommend reading this guide. I found it very useful when starting out with dbpoweramp a few days ago.
As spoon says, its likely that your 1-pass rips are being verified by accuraterip,...
This is getting quite frustrating now. I've not been able to rip anything since 2pm today (UK time) and had to re-rip a load of CDs that didn't rip accurately last night in the absence of accuraterip...
Yes, slightly annoying as I have to keep a constant eye on my automated batch rip to make sure it's still talking to accuraterip, meaning I have to pause it when I go out and overnight. Totally...
This has just stopped working again for me (UK). It stopped at roughly the same time yesterday (around 2PM UK time).
If yesterday is anything to go by, then it will start working again at about...
Ok never mind, thank you for the quick reply.
Ok fair enough. Are you aware of any other software that will do this?
I really don't want to have to re-rip all these disks and use up valuable AMG credits.
After leaving my batch ripper running overnight, I've woken up to find almost all the disks were ripped without Accuraterip (it was working right before I went to sleep!)
I've found this post...
Does anyone know of a router that definitely works that we can create a static route to?
I seem to get stuck at ohtele-ic.cust.globalaxs.com [77.243.185.2]
This was working fine for me again up until about 10 minutes ago, seems to have gone again? I'm in the UK
On reflection, 250x250 is fine. It was just one particularly dark album cover that looked a bit naff. The rest are fine. I assume this is just the resolution of the art offered up by AMG. Batch...
Sorry - one last question. This is all working brilliantly now, however, the album art is coming in at quite low resolution ( around 250x250px). Is there any thing I can do to increase this?

Fantastic, cheers spoon! Will give that a go this evening when I'm home from work. Cheers again for your help.
Again, top software. I was lucky enough to come across an old Primera Composer for...
Right I've now read a bit about the accuraterip.com issue, so that's fine I'll just wait until that's resolved.
But that issue aside, any idea why the batch ripper is unable to pick up album art...
Hi Spoon, no I'm not able to access www.accuraterip.com from a browser either, I had assumed that my ISP was blocking this.
Glad to hear it's not just me having issues!
Ok I've had a little play, and to make things simple I've reverted back to standard internet, no proxy servers configured anywhere.
Now it won't talk to accuraterip, and will download metadata,...
Ok, it seems that normal dbPoweramp only uses the proxy for Accuraterip, and grabs the meta data through my normal internet connection. Meta data fetching works fine here.
The batch rip...
Ah - I think it may be using stored metadata, every CD it's picked up now is comming back 'no meta data'. Think something may be up with my internet connection! (Using a proxy to access accuraterip...
Hi,
First off, as many have said, fantastic software! It's simply the best ripping software I've ever used!
With some work everything for me is working great, except one thing: batch ripper...
