That was it...I was registered when apparently only the Power Pack was available. I went ahead and bought a Reference license ($38, ouch) because I really want to use the lost features (plus the...
I tried to use this dynamic feature, but it's grayed out. Any possible causes?
I bought a license eons ago. In config, it shows Registered Power Pack Release 14.3 and DSP Effects Release 8. The...
Does Audiosafe support 24-bit 96 kHz files (FLACs in this case)?
That makes 4 fully corrupt albums now...perhaps I should send you a sample?
Doesn't appear to be all of them, as the last error was logged very early this morning. Interestingly, it's only the FLACs in folders that begin with a number (perhaps it is traversing my hard...
I have some multichannel FLACs that show to have decoding problems. Could it be the encoder used? Does Audiosafe fully support multichannel audio?
Problem solved.
I changed the command line within encoder.txt (for aoTuV SSE3) to:
- -o "[outfile]"
The "-p 1" switch was causing the Encode Block.
The same is happening here (Windows 67 x64), and I have an SSE-capable processor (Intel Core 2 Duo E6700). Any clues?
Thanks for this...I can now just keep the cumbersome, command line-based CLI encoder as a backup to this polished solution. :)
Not yet...I'll remember to try that next time (I've transcoded all the files over to flake now)
-12 [infile] -o [outfile]
That 262-file transfer completed without a problem.
I was transcoding from an older FLAC build to the latest FLAKE build (via CLI) here: http://win32builds.sourceforge.net/flake/index.html
The...
This is a difficult error to reproduce...it seems to require that I batch transcode large amounts of files (more than 5 albums at once). When I did it previously and checked the task manager, the...
Followup, it happened again. It happened with the batch converter while trying to mass convert around 500 files (and overwrite the source files). Basically, I lost access to the taskbar and had to...
I apologize. I left out that it's only when batch converting. I just tested with a single file and it worked without issue.
And now I'm currently encoding a full album again with the CLI...
That wouldn't explain the multiple (up to 8 or more) CoreConverter.exe processes running, though, would it? Using your official FLAC encoder, I can encode all day long (have not touched the...
Hi,
The problem with that is I lose access to the taskbar at the bottom of the screen and am unable to regain control of explorer until forcing a reboot. Also, this happened when converting a...
Yes, CoreConverter seems to run multiple instances that I can't close when converting with either [(Lancer 20061110(Based on aotuv-b5_20061024)] or Flake.
Thanks for the feedback.
Here are the command lines that yielded the crash:
FLAC (Flake SVN revision 117): -12 -o [outfile]
Vorbis [(Lancer 20061110(Based on aotuv-b5_20061024)]: [infile]...
To follow up, this doesn't seem to occur with the official dbpoweramp FLAC encoder (1.1.2).
Perhaps I should've created a new thread...but will let this one ride out a little longer before...
I'm having a CoreConverter problem when using the CLI Encoder (it happens with FLAKE and Vorbis AoTuV 5). A few minutes into a batch encode, the dbpoweramp program will freeze and I lose access to...
I tried installing the current available FLAC codec on codec central but got an outdated version error. Is there an area on the forum with the updated codecs or are they just not available yet?

I have an old registered version of PowerPack (ver 1) (filename dMC-PowerPack-Registered.exe). Will I be able to use it in the context of DMC 12? It's actually showing as unregistered on 11.5,...
