I sync to a USB HDD. I haven't had a chance to try since, but I re-synched today with V1.2 and all is fine again.

I noticed on 1.1 since I upgraded the folders with numbered artists (10cc for example) as the name no longer sync. My sync settings have only changed to add the !New Albums playlist. Everything else...
