  1. Re: CRC32s don't match but AccurateRip CRC does

Okay, thank you for the response, Herr Spoon.
  2. CRC32s don't match but AccurateRip CRC does

Same CD (not in AR database) ripped securely on 2 different machines. Both reported secure rips (green checks). All tracks had matching CRCs except last track which had matching Accurate Rip CRCs...
  3. Very different number of AR matches on same track ripped on 2 drives

Ripped a scratched-up thrift store CD and it ripped accurately. But while 22 of the 23 tracks had showed 116 or 117 matches or so, track *4 had only 3 (but still considered an accurate rip.) I...

  7. Re: Rip as One FLAC with CUE sheet or... what?

Thanks for the replies. Some things for me to think about. I just got my new ripper machine built and am starting to experiment when I have time. I did say I was looking to archive my discs, and...
  8. Rip as One FLAC with CUE sheet or... what?

Been away from ripping for a while and wanted to do a fresh rip of my CD library as a final kind of archive. Planned on doing FLAC single file per album with a CUE sheet. (Embedded or not, I don't...
  9. Old (but new) iHAP422 - worth it to use?

A bunch of years ago, I bought a LITE-ON iHAP422-98 9 to eventually build an accurate ripping machine. But. Life intrudes and it has sat unused for all those years and I've continued to just rip with...
