I, with quite a delay, checked the changelog for 17.3.
And before updating I noticed the line I am referencing in the title.
ID Tag Processing DSP: 'delete all' and 'all except' actions are...
It reads tags. There is a toolkit that creates a database, and that reads tags to.
Re-arranging is nessecary because of limitations as well as fat32 and the radio. With all files in one folder the...
No yet, but thats one of the workarounds i have thought about. It would be two additional steps though, first convert into a structure with all files in one album, use MP3Tag and rearrange with...
Yes, for each and every file i own the [Disc] tag is always populated with its correct actual disc number.
Swapping Questions 2 and 3: the device is an old third party car radio, wich ignores the...
I lately experimented with Multi Channel Files.
I have a couple of 5.1 Flac's.
When converting them to MP3, i get always stereo, even if I set up Channels to Auto and then Channel Count and Channel...
I'm far behind ripping at this point.
I hoped for doing it after the fact when converting masses of already to flac ripped cd's for into other formats, which is why i posted in "Batch Converter".
Hello and good evening.
For certain devices I would like to strip the files of their Mutli Disc tag and count the tracks countinuesly across an album.
Reason being that these so called stupid...
And furthermore I'm guessing correctly that in the foreseeable future this will still not enable Multi-Encoder to perform an overwrite check?
That sentence is part of the newest changelog.
I sadly can not try it myself at the moment, but is that the fix for this thread?
The tag-manipulation is set up on the page associated to the individual codec, because i dont want it applied to the other conversions, so in Music Converter i guess.
I have discovered a possible Bug when using Multi Encoder. Maybe its just a limitation like the fact that you can't implement a overwrite check.
For a specific device i have set up a conversion,...
D is one of many hard drives, restoring the Filename Restricted Characters to default did the trick, thank you very much.
I think I have a somewhat related problem as well.
When used via multi encoder, my naming scheme does produce nothing but errors.
The scheme looks like that:
[IFCOMP][album][IFMULTI] - Disc...
It is a very niece piece of software(TuneFUSION), i have to confess:thumbup:
This limitation of the Multi-Encoder though seems to be staying for many Versions of dBPoweramp, i looked up some old...
So, will Tune Fusion forever be free, will it be included in the basic dBpoweramp package or will it become a standalone product?
Why is it mandatory to have all existing files overwritten when using the Multi-Encoder?
Is there any good reason why it doesn't prompt you to a "Do you want to overwrite these files?" box, like...
I have just read a bit further, its acutally quite logic that mp3s as compressed music donīt have a bit depth in that way lossless files have.
Anyway i should end the dsp pattern with that?
First of all, congrats for spoon, he has 33,333 Posts:thumbup:
Would have been a round of shots in my hometown ;)
Back to Topic: Jeah i actually knew that allready....
So an Update:
If figured...
Iīm currently trying to set up a Work Flow for my music Library, but im kind of stuck and quite confused.
My Sources are Flacs and 320cbr Mp3s.
Destinations are my Laptop for using it as playback...
Is there a way to sort the own music new (like dmc does while converting: artist-album-song.mp3 etc.)?
But i want to leave the codec unchanged!
Yes, thats the problem. The target device would be our car, and most of the music is apple or microsoft codec, and our car wonīt do that. And it seemed much cheaper to find a working software than...
@hopalong: That would be a option, but its important that all files have Lame as codec afterwards. So i need a way to convert a track to lame but not to change his qualitiy if the origin qualitiy was...
Help! I need somebody! Help! Oh just anybody! Help!
I want to convert them to mp3, but not to change their bitrate if it was below the target bitrate for my flac music.
