  1. Re: Any chance batch converter will someday support converting DSF?

I found the update link. Not in the "standard" windoze "help" menu. Looks like it will cost me $60 to update, which is not in my budget. And weird because I thought I had 2 years of free updates...
  2. Re: Any chance batch converter will someday support converting DSF?

[[To the best of my knowledge, dBpoweramp already supports conversion of DSD]]

I am running version 16.6 and the file dialog for the audio file types does not show DSD as an option. And when I...
  3. Any chance batch converter will someday support converting DSF?

I am digitizing my 500+ albums and have found that DSD ripping sounds the best to my ears. I have also found that converting the DSD files to 24 bit 192 wav also sound great, better than flac,...

  6. Re: Same CD drive, consistenly different rip errors between batch ripper and eac

    Thanks for the reply Porcus,

I did have C2 configured with the XL1B changer, and at Spoon's suggestion, when I deselected it, the "accurate" errors almost completely disappeared.

    So with that...
  7. Re: Same CD drive, consistenly different rip errors between batch ripper and eac

Thanks Spoon, that made a huge improvement. Batch ripper accurate ripped 55 discs with only two errors.

But the ripping froze on disc 56. Over 2 hours on one a track before I stopped it. I have...
  8. Same CD drive, consistenly different rip errors between batch ripper and eac

I am getting about a 50% "insecure" error rate when using batch ripper to rip my CDs. When using same drive but manually ripping using EAC, the error rate is almost non-existent.

    Anyone else...

Re: Rip using windows command line

    FIXED! Works _perfectly_now.

It was USER ERROR! (That's me)

I did not select the "MediaChanger" in the drive configuration drop down. I had it set as manual load.

    Thanks for your patience...

Perhaps I just can't figure out how to use...

Re: Rip using windows command line

Hi Spoon, that is what I am trying to do.

I installed media changer drivers from dbpoweramp site, but I cannot get batch ripper to automatically mount, rip, unmount , mount next, etc. the CDs in...

    Rip using windows command line

I have a Sony VGP-XL1B that I want to use to autorip my CD collection. I have written a program with the help of MTX, that will load and unload each CD programmatically. I want to programatically...
