Currently for my digital files library I use the following combination of tools to create and manage my library. First is dBpoweramp which I use to create and rip the files. Of course prior to...
Thank you so much. I have a couple of files to redo now.
My usage of dBpoweramp has been almost exclusively the CD Ripper. I really don't know Music Converter. Recently I have begun to purchase some downloads. My system these days is quite simple. I am...
So are there a couple of external drives that are good performers on the lists that I can use with my MacBook?
Sorry, never mind. You have to have a CD in the drive for the AccurateRip logo to show enabled.
When I open CD Ripper and Preferences under AccurateRip I have both boxes checked but out to the right I see "AccurateRip Is Not Configured". Under Secure Ripping Options it states "Secure ripping...
Okay, thank you at least I know now and will just have to live with the extra step. I'm too far along in using this tag to change my entire library now.
Some time ago I noticed what might have been a "glitch" in dBpoweramp that worked to my advantage. Pre-rip I am of the habit of eliminating Tag fields I have no interest in in dBpoweramp. One time...
Is R16 for Mac to be released anytime soon?
In all honesty I am not familiar with it but read about it within another thread so was asking about it for my own knowledge.
Is there a preference, difference, advantage to which method you use to add the dBpoweramp ripped files to iTunes? Currently I rip the files to a folder Music>dBpoweramp on my internal hard drive...
Ok, thank you. It was just a curiosity to understand than any kind of problem. I like the program and it has worked well for me since purchase.
Thanks
It doesn't ask but it the second screen shot above it shows "Accuraterip unconfigured". When a CD is inserted then the preferences shows an Accuraterip icon in that position.
Thanks. I realized moments after posting if I had a disc inserted and checked it shows AccurateRip enabled.
Under Preferences > CD Ripping Options I have Secure (recover errors) selected. Then under > Secure Settings it notes "Secure ripping functions better with AccurateRip enabled and configured". Back...
I have never worked with Boot Camp. Do I need to have the Windows OS installed to be able then to use PerfectTunes? Sorry for the lack of knowledge. I only use Windows at work and any...
I would just add my request to the mix for a Mac version of PerfectTunes.
Thanks
Are you saying you think the Windows version of PerfectTUNES might run on a Mac OS?
I'm on 15.4 registered and everything seems fine now.
Sorry
I think I have it and I think its my fault. I must have downloaded the trial of 15.3 beta and not the registered version. I just downloaded 15.2 and installed and it seems to work at least the...
No it shows 15.3 beta (1). Also I just tried it again and got the same Error notice on every track. I read the log (which I didn't do before) and it is indicating mine isn't registered which I...
I just tried ripping two CDs since upgrading to Mac OS 10.11.3 the other day. In both instances the first thing I notice is that though metadata was filled out on the main screen no album artwork...
Anything on the information I should be paying attention to on the log.
I think I understand the basic premise of Accuraterip in comparing my rip of a CD against a database of rips done by others. I'm a little curious about some of the data results. In the main screen...
I'm not sure about reputation but I've used the Apple SuperDrive since getting my MacBook and using dBpoweramp for Mac without any issues.
