Same problem occurs when I tried "Is not lossless" bitrate for copying mp3 files.
Seems to be a bug with the Bitrate setting "Is Lossless".
If I removed this setting, 16bit / 44KHz flac file is well copied.
I'm using Conditional Encoding to copy 1:1 source to destination if all those conditions matches:
* Bitrate : is lossless
* Bitdepth: 24 bit or below
* Sample Rate: 48kHZ or below
My goal is to...
Okay. Thanks!
PS: I wanted to post this thread in "How do I" but I made a mistake. If you can move it, it would be great.
Okay, but when I tried to set sample rate max to 48khz, files that are equal or below 48khz are displayed with an "Encoding" label in the progress window.
Maybe those files are not reencoded but...
My collection contains approx. 3000 flac files, with different samples rates (16 and 24 bit), bit rates (from 44khz to 192khz), etc...
My car player is "only" able to play flac files at max 24 bit /...
My collections is composed of FLAC files, all with ID3v2.4 tags.
I want to convert all to ID3v2.3 because my car player does not support ID3v2.4.
Is it possible?
It would be great to have a new option on "ID Tag Processing" that can manipulate multiple ID tags "Genre", like multiple artists (for non multiple genre aware programs).
A song which have "Pop"...
If it's possible, I don't know how to do in one run...
But this is not the good thread to discuss about that.
I will post a new thread in "How Do I?".
Okay, I realized my mistake.
I must launch conversion in two runs.
First run convert audio files according to the selected DSP.
And the second run correct id tags on the generated files of the...
Sorry, it's a mistake. After new test, all is good!
Installed beta 4 too, and the problem about output folder on conditionnal encoding, which was corrected in beta 3, appears again.
I've downloaded and installed "ID Tag Update". But when I'm trying to add it to my DSPs, I've seen only "ID Tag Processing"... Where is my mistake?
Thanks for R16.1 beta 4. it works fine!
Just a little question... I'm using Conditional encoding for copy directly files which can be played as is on my car player.
But this player is not able to...
There's still a problem in R16 b3 on conditionnal DSP with option "48khz or below"' on Sample rate parameter. Probably because I combined it with Bitdepth "24 bit or below".
My conditional...
+1
It would be great if CD ripper can rip DVD-Audio (or SACD).
This can be a new feature request. ;)
Yes, this is the DSP Resample : https://www.dbpoweramp.com/dbpoweramp-dsp.htm
I've some DVD-Audio that i want to rip in order to play them on my portable player.
CD Ripper seems not see DVD-Audio...
I've made a mistake with my last test session.
There's still a problem with option "48khz or below"' on Sample rate parameter. Probably because I combined it with Bitdepth "24 bit or below".

Okay. Tested on R16.1 b3 with success.
Just one note : I saw 2 options "24 bit or below" in the list.
I'm using DSP Conditional encoding with Batch Converter from dBpoweramp R16.
The action "Copy Source to Destination, No Encoding" seems not work.
I've set DSP with bitdepth "below 24 bit" and...
 You're right!
Sorry for the mistake...
I know, but... Before DSP R12 installation, my tags were directly copied during convert process. And since the R12 beta installation, I have this behavior. I didn't understand why... I didn't change...
Yes. I'm converting FLAC files to M4A files.
List of DSP used:
- Bit Depth: mini 8 bits / maxi 16 bits
- Channel count : mini 1(mono) / maxi 2(stereo)
- Resample (beta version): mini 44khz /...
