    Those CDs have been mastered with 24 bits and 96 kHz by the record company, but if those CDs are Audio CDs (Red Book Standard), the audio files are only 16bit with 44,1 kHz sample rate.

    Where do the flac files come from? Did you rip them yourself? If this is the case have a look at the output path and naming in CD Ripper. Try to copy the path and naming string.

    If you convert audio files, only the meta data within the source files will be transferred into the new audio files. There are no queries to the internet databases in that process.

    dBpa creates just the audio files, it does not organize or control those audio files afterwards. You can edit, move, rename or delete the audio files - dBpa will not care about that.
