    Re: deleting file naming prototcols

CDRIpper_Namings is not on the left, it is on the right, select the folder (key) dBpoweramp
  11. Re: Upgrade to 16.6 slows max cd speed in ripper

The CD drive self sets the maximum speed based on the quality of the disc (when you insert a CD it scans the outside last track of the disc). Try restarting computer fully and try different CDs.

    Re: Directory

The file folder list in PerfectTUNES just browses the computer, you do not need to add this folder or drive to perfecttunes to browse, so the issue is somewhere else.

What is this folder? a nas?

Apples player as far as I know is not a gapless player.
  14. Re: difference between replaygain(apply) and volume normalize

If you were to use foobar2000 mobile, you would just need the replaygain dsp effect to write the tags, the player adjusts the volume on playback from the tags.

    Re: Not in AccurateRip

Because someone has to rip them, submit to accuraterip, then the database is updated (once a month). The labels do not populate accuraterip, users ripping do.

Re: Tag Edit and DSD 512

The file you sent, I am able to change the artist to 'Mahler, Gustav 123' and it sticks.

Please try R17 from the testing section of our forum as this is the DSD tagger we use.

Re: Kodak robot not ejecting or loading.

Ejecting the disc does not use the robot part, where-as loading a disc if the tray is open does, they are two separate things.
  21. Re: Rewrite tag values using manipulation rules - possible?

The easiest way would to have:

    IF Album=[anyvalue]
    SET Album=[GRAB]1,4,[album][][RIGHT]2,[album][]

and use Batch Converter, select all files, then list, sort on album, uncheck all, then select...

    Re: Still confused about offsets

Albums which are not gapless tend to have silence at the start and end, very few do not.

All your tracks have a pop at the start?

    Re: Still confused about offsets

A gapless album will always have pop if playing one of the tracks in the middle because there is no silence between the tracks.
