I think that you need to download and install the MP2 codec from here https://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central-mp2.htm
Which OS are you running?
This is why I still have my first CDRW drive in an external case. Sometimes it can read a CD more modern drives fail to access.
Have you tried reading some of the entries here? https://forum.dbpoweramp.com/forumdisplay.php?11-Hints-amp-Tips-Read-Only
The encoder is included as part of the Reference version of dBpowerAMP.
Yes, one of the recent QTS updates turned this option off.
If you want the registered version you should be able to download it from Registration Retrieval using your order number.
Have you recent updated the firmware on your Qnap as it may have turned off the option enabling applications without a valid signature.
Something I discovered for myself over the weekend too.
What format are your audio files and/or which tag versions are you using?
I have this setting and multi-disc albums are appearing as one. The only time they didn't it turned out that I had inconsistent album artist tag information in the tracks for the multi-disc album....
Hi, I recently updated my TS-251+ with the latest Qnap firmware and Asset 7.4 seems to be running okay on my NAS.
The m4a codecs are included with the latest Reference versions. Unless you kept a copy of the original codec installer you might have to upgrade.
see https://www.dbpoweramp.com/codec-central.htm
I found that if you over type the track name in the track list you must "tab" off the field or it doesn't save the new value.
Which window are you asking about? The Batch Converter window? Can you share a screenshot?
Do your Folder Options hide known file extensions?
Folder Options
Maybe a screenshot showing the properties would help?
If you load the CD into a normal CD Player does it recognise it as having 32 tracks?
Have you installed the 64bit version of dBpowerAMP as this codec is 32bit only?
Could it be that the WMA codec is 64bit which you are trying to use with a 32bit version of dBpowerAmp?
What it means is that you can download those registered versions of the software packages that you originally ordered. You should only need to pay again if you want to obtain the latest major release.
Are you using any DSP effects as part of the conversion, like ID Tag update?
Have you used these CDs before to configure a drive? They could be a different pressing to that in the AccurateRip DB.
Hi, You could try this https://www.shchuka.com/software/mergemp3/
