    This is because those two drives had trouble ripping the track in secure mode (which I'm betting has to do with synchronization problems). This is pretty clear from the results you've posted using...

    Sync errors aren't reported in burst mode and I can see from your logs that EAC is not reporting errors so you would not see a sync or a read error.

    My concern is that EAC may be shifting the data...

    Yes, but unlike that user, you're experiencing consistent results with dBpoweramp.

    I want to reiterate that all passes performed by dBpa are burst passes and you get the same result when ripping...
