Upgraded to latest PerfectTUNES - Exlude/Restore Option - What Does It Mean?
Simbun, using CUETools worked, it worked, it worked!!!!! Yeahhhhhhhhhh!!!!! I just had to read up on it a bit to setup properly (really quite easy) but I need to thank you so much for steering me...
I have tried CUE Splitter but not CUETools, let me try that software and experiment a little bit, and I will share my results.
Thank you.
Scott
Thank you, that makes sense, do you know any programs that can create a CUE file that is accurate enough?
"One File Flac" - Previously Verified AccurateRip - Now to Split them out, is there a way to properly split them out, so that the individual tracks pass AccurateRip correctly. I always get a Cannot...
All,
I am trying to reverse engineer some items in my library to determine if the cd's are original editions, reissues, or remasters (as I am missing some of my physical copies). I have utilized...
A question in using the CD-Ripper software, I am trying to understand the use of Gaps(Pre-Track) better. Let's say I have a song that is 5:28 under the length column with a 2.00 Gap (Pre-Track). ...
Like a "rounding error", for the split out into the individual files?
I have a few FLAC files that have been combined into one flac file with a CUE file to read and split it into individual tracks correctly. Whenever I try to check the "accuracy of the former rip" I...
I hope the answer is no. From reading thru the 'help' section it appears to do any lossless type conversions from different formats I should not have to really set any dsp effects.
Specifically,...
Thank you, I will investigate my security profile further.
Maybe this is a simple question, not sure and I tried researching on the website help area (to no avail) before I posted this so I apologize if the answer is contained. Is there a way to default...
Thanks guys, question. If I did burn the separate digital files back to a CDR would it still pass an accuraterip check without the cue file for reference when burning (i.e. for indexing?) I guess I...
All,
Relatively new so I was hoping for some help. I understand the need for a CUE file when splitting up say one FLAC/ALAC audio file to it's respective individual tracks. Makes sense.
But...
Hmmmm, I wonder if it is possible then to get an accuraterip verified off a single FLAC to multiple track conversions. I have not seen after about 20 or so occurrences. Interesting.
I tend to get this message when I verify a conversion from FLAC to ALAC that come from a single FLAC file and have to use a CUE splitter to split into the multiple files and then convert to ALAC.

Thanks again, have a nice weekend.
Sorry Garym one more quick question about re-converting. I should start with the fresh FLACS again and not try to reconvert the existing ALACs in iTunes back to 44.1 correct?
Thank you for your help. I really appreciate it.
Alas, I still like iTunes, so if I stay here I would have to still convert. Thanks for the confirmation on accuraterip.
Thanks. I am assuming on the re-rips, verifying them with accuraterip being successful, will be a good, strong test that everything is legit going forward then?
Fortunately I do have all the original flacs, I never deleted the original source.
All,
I am new to dBpoweramp but plan to start using the music converter and perfecttunes software soon for my music needs (recently been using mediahuman audio converter which I liked too).
