I'm pretty sure you just forget of lame. use the converter, select the file to convert to Wav, then change it to 22.05 Hz, 16 bit, and then convert.

That's probably because what your want to convert it's not an mp3, wav, or a couple of the other popular audio types. It'll only show up on the right click menu if you right click on those file...
On my Computer, I use all 16 Bit Wav files, all undeleated mp3's I download get converted to .wav also. Besides my computer, other than a couple cds, I have a nice sized vinyl collection coming along...
