I have ripped a CD and received a report all tracks ripped accurately (attached report. I tried to copy the tracks to iTunes ( dragging the folder to iTunes ) I have only some tracks copied. on...

apologies for the delay in reply !!
I sorted it out with EAC.
EAC doesn't read the hidden track .. so I ripped it to .FLAC Y then used the dBpower converter for convert to AIFF.

though the CD plays absolutely well, on ripping I get this ( as per attached screen shots ) I have tried...

yes, i am using Nero & CDburnerXp https://cdburnerxp.se/en/download ( free ) , for Windows and Toast & Burn on my MacBook Pro and these are really good.
it's just that i love trying out software so...

tried uninstalling the 1st time & tried re installing as per your instruction ( to keep pressing the SHIFT key ) but no luck.
i even went tp the extent of deleting "illustrate" & "dbpower"...

it was all going well ti,, v16.5 .. the this ... pls could you go thru both the screen shots & see if I may have typed a wrong character to be replaced by an incorrect one...

I have made it so that the ; is replaced with a ,

( mainly this is need in the artist & the composer tags )
...
