I will have to go back and look to see if other "problem" CDs I've ripped and cannot verify as accurate ex post facto are these non-0 LBA types.

Short of re-ripping some CDs I did with EAC wrong (back in the day), is there some quick way to apply an offset to CD rips I made that are 0 offset right now? If so, how? I should have applied a +6...
Not sure I follow you in this example. There is no data track(s). It's all music.
Does v.14 of dBp support splitting a FLAC based on a cuetools-generated .cue? If so, how?

Even stranger... I tried Foobar's foo_verifier on the exact same 28 tracks and it gave me this:

I ripped a Captain Beefheart CD at work and allowed dBpoweramp to apply a +6 offset to all my discs. When looking at the log generated at work, I see this:
