Re: CD Ripper "hangs" - 0.0x rip speed

I just reset the drive letters so that there is no longer an "E:" drive. Now it's working again. Thanks for your replies.

I can't think of what could be blocking dbPoweramp's access to the "E"...

Re: CD Ripper "hangs" - 0.0x rip speed

Yes, it does exist and is writable. It is a network share/NAS. Ripping to WAV or another format to that location works fine. It seems only to be a problem with the FLAC encoder?

Re: CD Ripper "hangs" - 0.0x rip speed

Update: this 2nd problem was solved by ripped file target to a local target instead of a NAS. It used to work fine to rip to the NAS, so I would still be curious if you have any ideas as to how to...

Re: CD Ripper "hangs" - 0.0x rip speed

2nd problem - I completely uninstalled and reinstalled dbPoweramp Ref16 to try to troubleshoot the problem. Now, when ripping to FLAC, I get the following errors:

CD Ripper "hangs" - 0.0x rip speed

I have a computer with 4 disc drives.

After replacing one of those drives, I get a problem where ripping does not progress on the new drive. CD Ripper just kind of "hangs" and ripping speed stays...

Re: Reject - No CD after load Error

It is a Mediatechnics Fusion MX with Plextor PX-891SA drives. I've pretty much eliminated the possibility of it being a mechanical error...all commands working fine via the hyperterminal.

    There...

    Re: Tags with multiple values

So, the ";" works great to delimit multiple values in one field for FLAC. However, when I use dBpoweramp to rip to WAV or AIFF, a "/" appears instead of the ";"

  16. Re: Album Art: Batch Ripper album art lower res than dBPoweramp CD Ripper.

  18. Re: Album Art: Batch Ripper album art lower res than dBPoweramp CD Ripper.

Thanks, Spoon. I am still seeing 1000x1000 from the regular CD Ripper (not batch ripper). Is that provided by GD3? Are GD3 lookups free with the non-batch ripper? Because I don't believe I've...
  19. Album Art: Batch Ripper album art lower res than dBPoweramp CD Ripper.
