    I had the same problem. Uninstalling and reinstalling helped. The security software seems not to have been a problem.

    Size of the AudioSafe Backup

    The Status message of my AudioSafe Client says:
    "100% completed, finished: 9428 files / 465.51 GB"

    On my computer however, the music folder which is the source of the backup contains only 9476...
