If you enable profiles, then create a new profile for each encoder you want at the top, such as:
1 FLAC
2 Wave
then they will appear at the top.

Uninstall r17 and reinstall r16 from here as a test:

I do not think it is dBpoweramp, as this code has not changed.
I am sorry to say the options pages are not accessible.
No we have implemented our own read only server.
You need to be careful, if you rename the tracks so the total length is over 260 characters then there might be many programs which cannot read those files correctly.
Would all depend on how many discs you have to rip.
On OSX I would not go more than a few drives ripping at the same time.
My only concern would be the laser is very close to the disc and if the packing tape came off inside the drive it is a dead drive.
You convert wave to flac and the is tags which are in the wave file do not show in the flac file?
PerfectTUNES has never allowed the editing of filenames, but is a good idea and will add.
Your player which is doing the sorting will not take the 2nd value from Artist sort, nothing will as far as I am aware. PerfectTUNES can write the tag like that, does not mean your player is using...
-54 I think is default.
Does it relate to this?:

What happens if you type:
Kanye West
into artist and into album:
Watch The Throne
on the manual page and click search?
If you changed the sort value after adding the track to asset then you would have to trigger a rescan refresh all.
Should already be this with the [Calculate audio crc] utility encoder.

Update your qnap to the latest firmware.
With a single track you cannot lookup the accurate rip as the lookup id is generated from all tracks on a cd.
Your naming string has shortened the filename so it stays under the 260 character limit (for filename and path) that is needed for compatibility.
[MAXLENGTH]80,[IFVALUE]album artist,[album artist],[IFCOMP]Various Artists[][IF!COMP][artist][][][]\[Year] -[MAXLENGTH]80,[album][]\[MAXLENGTH]80,[album artist] [year] [album] [track][IFCOMP]...
Perhaps is a bug in foobar?
No program I am aware of will use multiple artists from the artist sort tag.
Batch Converter put a tick mark in the root folder containing all the music. Click convert, where it says output to click and choose:
'Preserve Source path'
select a folder where it will all be...
