In addition to Peter's method of accessing the Asset config page it is now possible to create a shortcut link on your QNAP's login page so that you can access the app's page without actually having to login. To set this up access your QNAP's App Centre and from the "Open" option menu choose "Display On > Every user's main menu and as an App shortcut on the login screen".
As already mentioned above, the problem is addressed in firmware QTS-4.5.1.1465 build 20201024, just verified on my own NAS.
Still waiting for any meaningful response regarding getting digital signature, I've been told to contact qnapclub.eu but they're not responding at all.
Same on a TS-453A.
Downgraded to keep clear from any problems with the latest QTS.
It's clear that QNAP only wants signed apps on their platform, Apple-like.
If so, it should give developers further info for the right signing method.
A few upgrades ago, a lot went wrong with certifications too. Even their own.
Hopefully, there will be an update soon to resolve the matter...
QNAP released firmware update 4.5.1.1480 on 08 NOV 2020 and Asset UPnP works. No issues with digital signature or something else.

Same for me but there is an exclamation mark to show no digital signature.
