Error Converting AIFF to FLAC

I received the following error while attempting to convert a set of AIFF tracks to FLAC.

What does this mean?

How can I fix this issue?

Only one file was converted even though 11 tracks were selected.

Check you have the lastest version of the Mac version (it looks like you are on the mac).

I am using a Mac.
