I downloaded a JFIF image off Wikipedia (extension .jfif). Windows 10 was able to display the image in the Photos app just fine. But it didn't seem to be supported in Image Converter. Can you add that as a supported codec? Photoshop was also unable to open the file, which is why I was trying to convert it to something more useful.
