m4a decoder missing
My PC crashed, so I had to reinstall Windows (Vista). Then I reinstalled dBpoweramp, using dMC-r13.5-Registered.exe. When I try to convert an m4a file to flac, I get a conversion error ... m4a codec not installed... Before the PC crashed, I was able to convert m4a's. Codec central says that this decoder is included with dBpoweramp. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Could this result from skipping earlier versions? I first purchased dBpoweramp in 2008, and installed r13.1 at that time, and updated to later versions as they became available.
Best regards,
D. Smith

Update to the latest version, Re-issue registered version of dBpoweramp can be downloaded from this page:

(clicking the above link from your email program might not open the link, copy and paste it into the title bar).
Enter your Order reference / receipt number when asked, a download link is then presented.

Re: m4a decoder missing
Do I need to purchase dBpoweramp Reference R15 to fix this problem?
Thanks,

Re: m4a decoder missing
Looking at your download you have the Power Pack, so you can upgrade to the non-Reference version, R15

Re: m4a decoder missing
I haven't been able to find the non-Reference version, R15. Here's what I tried:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/ takes me to "Begin Registration Retrieval"
My Order is looked up, then it shows two choices:
"dBpoweramp Music Converter R13.5 (Registered) Download"
"Purchase dBpoweramp Reference R15 (with 50% discount) View Offer"
The first allows me to download R13.5, which I already have (but m4a decoder is missing).
The View offer only shows offers for Reference R15, no non-Reference version.
Please advice,
Thanks,
