_cdgap and _cdindex in Meta Data Tags
Hi All I have recently discovered after updating dBpoweramp to 17.5 that it now has _cdgap and _cdindex in the meta data tags written. This seems to be only on some CD's.
I don't really understand what they are and why only on some CD's. Is this a new field in the tags? I don't see a way to turn them off.
Could someone tell me what they are and why only on some CD's and if they need to be there? Many Thanks!
Re: _cdgap and _cdindex in Meta Data Tags
You can add the DSP Effect 'ID Tag Processing' set to delete these 2 tags.

Ah not to worry. I figured it out but what do these tags do? Thanks!
Re: _cdgap and _cdindex in Meta Data Tags
They are used for Gap detection.
