"transfer ReplayGain values" in Flac>MP3 conversion

Is there a plugin that does this: when I convert my flacs that Already have replaygain values (from Foobar2000), writes those RG values to the tags when I convert to MP3s (rather than recalculate them)?

You should always recalculate as the mp3 conversion can change the overall peaks.
