To share my best quality mp3 configuration

Hi Everybody !!!
I want to share the best adjusts and configuration mp3 sounds better to me.

dBpoweramp R16 is amazing !!!

Audio Devices: Nothing Professional> Car DVD Player, Sony TV with Pendrive, Pc Audio.
Conversion: FLAC Music for Mp3 VBR Extreme (slowest conversion = high quality) + Joint Stereo, frequency as source.

1) Mp3 VBR Extreme (slowest conversion = high quality) + Joint Stereo.
Why not 320CBR Insane? Because VBR is newer and Lame Y Switch is turned off.
I tested many kind of music (Progressive Metal, Melodic Heavy Metal, Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, Psytrance, Full on) and for all kinds, Mp3 VBR Extreme (slowest conversion = high quality) + Joint Stereo sounds better to me.

2)For conversion and DSP plugins:
- Bit Depth (32 bit float)
-Volume Normalize (-23 Lufs)
-Trim Silence
-Bit Depth 16bits + Dither T.

As you are encoding to mp3 you can skip the last Bit Depth, and send in as 32 bit float.
