Installed R16 and context menu items are gone

I have the boxes checked in Configure dbPoweramp but makes no difference. I removed some items to make space in case that was an issue but it wasn't. I just installed PowerArchiver which found space for 4 new items (which I've removed) and I only need to for dbP.

Uninstall dBpoweramp, fully restart Windows, then reinstall dBpoweramp.
