CD Shows Artist Under Title and Title Under Artist

This bums me when I see a commercial CD where the meta tags are on drugs. Is there any easy way to fix this either pre or post rip?

Click compilation, then right click on a track title >> Swap Artist & Track Titles

(in cd ripper before ripping).
