Had a Computer with CDRIPPER & Converter on it, now have to install new OS on new HD

Is there a way to carry over the the one I paid for to the new OS - going from Win 7 to WIN 10 on a new hardrive ....urgh

It is the same computer, but is is new harddirve

Is there any way to retrieve the codes or key - from DB??
