Hopefully you can see the screenshots showing that the rip has failed. I have tried with several different discs, but with the same result. I am using a Samsung external drive and a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 running Windows 10.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for your help.

    Regards Steve

Try setting the ripping method to Burst, does that work?

      Hello Spoon,

Thanks for your suggestion. I did try it with the Burst setting, but the results was the same.
