Detect which DSP are installed?

Is it possible to find out if a specified DSP effect is installed through C* ?

Perhaps check for its DLL in \dbpoweramp\DSPs\

The install path of dBpoweramp is in the registry:

HKCU\Software\SpoonInstall\dBpoweramp
