How do I convert .avi, .mov, .gif, etc.? to swf (shockwave) Please help

In the file formats list, swf (shockwave) is listed, but there is no codec to choose to convert to swf ??? Am I missing something?

This is just the decoder, we only support encoding to FLASH.
