Converting said iso files

Looking for a little help, have some said iso files and want to convert them to a file type that could be play on a Sony HAP-Z1es media server, any help would be c=greatly appreciated

Iso is a CD image, of data files. You just need to mount he iso, use a program such as 7zip.org

Okay in was able to mount the file using the disk utility on a Mac, not sure how that gets me any closer to being able to convert it to an another type of file such that dbpoweramp would read it.
