Hello, i've downloaded a bluray movie online the movie was (mkv) so i converted it to mp4 format after that i put the movie in a usb so i can watch it in another device when i tried to run the movie in that device, the audio was working but the screen was black, so is that because the movie is bluray? if yes then how can i convert the movie from bluray to dvd?

Install VLC and try to play the source movie MKV and created mp4 on the PC.

the movie works on pc. but it doesn't on the device that i mentioned.
Likely your device is not compatible with H264 (mp4)

Find a format that your player can play, we cannot tell which it is as we know nothing about your player.
