Issue while converting FLAC to WAV --> noise between tracks

Hi, I am wondering how to fix the following issue: I have converted FLAC to MP3 w/o any issue. When doing the same from FLAC to WAV, I have a 1 second "big" noise between each track which is not very good while listening the music!
Any idea how I could fix the issue?
    Many thanks,
    Laval

    I am on Windows 7

    What player are you using?

I suspect the player is unable to read wav files that contain metadata.

You have to disable the Wave ID Tagging in dBpoweramp Configuration>Codecs>Advanced Options. Try it and see if the noise disappears.

      it is actually in my car, using a USB3.0 stick (Mercedes, 3years old);
ok thank you, I am trying now and I tell you the result.
So in the Wave ID Tagging, for Tag Creation, i have selected (none), instead of initially (default - LIST & ID3)
      Thanks,

All metadata, your wave files are untagged.

I am sorry, what does it mean?
For example, I still see the album, artist and track names

                hi dear laval
why do you wanna or try because it will not work or better yet, you will not hear a difference in audio quality just enlargening the file/song/track , probably there lies your problem , as you can hear that from flac to Mp3 ,did a good job , as seen here
but good luck , with your problem
                Win 8.1 64 bit

It may be that the car player reads the file names (as opposed to the metadata) of your files (and these may contain album, artist, track names).
