the moderator colum on the right on the main page can be removed to. I took mine out. seemed a waste of space to me.

yeh I haven't even looked at the times yet.
yeh the colours arn't quite right. just trying different colours but can't get it right yet. but if spoon decides he like this type of forum he will probably make the colours the way he wants anyway.
yeh a bit too grey.

Well there's not much you can do with grey. :D
Can you use graduated tones? example: it gets progessively lighter or darker as the post gets longer...
