If you have kaspersky antivirus try this,settings-trusted zone-trusted applications-add-browse...-C:\Program Files (x86)\Illustrate\dBpoweramp\CDGrab.exe and select the boxes (do not scan..).
I was have the same problem with kas antivirus and fix it with this settings,if you have another antivirus i think it will be the same setting.

I bought an amg 2007 licence, I have 365 days remaining but when I put a cd and I push the "Meta","Retrieve from" & "All Media Guide" on the dbpoweramp cd ripper, I have nothing for my cd (for exemple, evanescence , the open door) and all others. No problem with freedb. Can you help me please

My pc work on windows xp sp2 and dbpoweramp reference 12.3
