I have been using DBPowerAMP for many years. It is great. I have recently come across two problems that I hope you can help me with:
I have recently recommended DBPowerAMP Music Converter to a friend who downloaded the software and then registered their copy of the Music Converter. They have received a copy of their receipt of payment, but no link to download the software. How do they get the link to download their software? Their email suggests using the Forum, but is there a simpler way?
I have a copy of their receipt email, but I don;t want to publish their information on the forum site. Can it be sent privately?
Second question:
I use Version 11 on my work PC. It is registered. I recently decided to move it from my work PC to my home PC. When I installed the registered version at home, it seamed to suggest that the MP3 conversion would time out after 30 days and that I would have to register again. Please can you confirm if this is the case.
