How to convert acd files to wav. or WMA. files

What program can I use tht will read ACD files, when I first installed Dbamp converter and the DMC thing it worked it would see them and convert them. I built a new computer with new hard drives installed Dbamp and DMC and now it won't read them. Can someone help?
