cdwriter registration link?

When i click "Initiate Registered Link Retrieval" to get a downloaded registered
version, all i see is a blank page...........

Is it broke? How do i get the registered version?

Which link are you using? is it from an email?

Are you using a firewall? Pop-up blocker?
